With the expertise and backing of Natalie Meadows, Christine Bell and Jill Green, the BGT Staffing team have over 46 years of combined experience in human resources, recruiting, and staffing coupled with over 24 years combined experience in the accounting field.
With the education, industry experience and community involvement focused on the local economy, Knoxville now has an invaluable resource in the BGT Staffing team.
Natalie Meadows – Managing Member / Client Services Director
Natalie graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Communications and started her career in marketing and account management. Natalie had her start in the staffing industry in Knoxville in 2005, at that time joining EmployBridge as an Outside Sales Representative. In 2011, Natalie joined Express Employment Professionals as an Outside Sales Representative and later progressed within the organization to the role of Branch Manager for Knoxville operations. As Branch Manager, Natalie was responsible for overseeing client relationships, candidate recruiting and placement efforts as well as management of the outside sales team ensuring year-over-year profitability and growth. Natalie’s staffing experience has been focused on temporary and temp-to-hire roles primarily within administrative and manufacturing. Natalie has extensive experience working with client companies of all sizes within many industries.
Natalie and Jill met through the Knoxville Chamber Ambassador Program in 2005. Since that time, Natalie has worked closely with Jill and Christine as a local temporary and temp-to-hire staffing resource for BGT Recruiting & Consulting’s clients and candidates. Natalie has been a trusted colleague of Jill and Christine’s, and the three made the decision to open BGT Staffing LLC in February 2020.
Natalie and her teenage twins live in Fountain City with their beloved Babydog.

Jill Green – Professional Recruiter / Shareholder
Jill Green graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Organizational Administration and obtained a second degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. During her accounting career, Jill worked within the manufacturing, automotive dealership and distribution industries.
Jill has been actively involved in the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, joining the Knoxville Chamber Board of Directors in 2013, and served as a member of the Executive Committee from 2014 until mid-2019. Jill continues to serve as a Chamber Ambassador, a program she initially joined in 2003, and is currently serving as an Ambassador Dignitary. She also enjoyed multiple years as a member of the Knoxville Chamber’s Economic Development Committee and functioned as Chair of the Knoxville Chamber Membership Committee. Jill is a current member of the United Way of Greater Knoxville’s Board of Directors and actively involved on the UWGA Outward Bound Investments Committee focused on community education initiatives. In 2017, Jill completed the McGhee Tyson Citizen’s Aviation Academy, and she is a proud graduate of the Leadership Knoxville class of 2019, currently serving on the Leadership Knoxville Curriculum Committee. Jill joined the board of the Florence Crittenton Agency in 2018 and was a founding member of the board of the East Tennessee Talent Acquisition Professionals (ETTAP). Jill recently joined the board of Make-A-Wish East Tennessee, focusing on helping raise the organization’s awareness in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Tri-Cities. Jill is a member of Grace Baptist Church, and currently serves as a Co-Chapter Administrator for the Knoxville Chapter of FEI.
